大多数种类的动物卵巢内均有前列腺素(PG),其生成随卵巢功能状态而变化,除在卵巢破裂和某些种类动物LH对卵巢发挥调节作用时起重要作用外,对类固醇生成亦有显著作用。作者通过调节内源性前列腺环素(PGI_2)在卵巢各型细胞内的合成并研究其促进卵巢主要类固醇生成的影响,研究外源性PGI_2及其稳定的同类物对卵巢各种细胞内类固醇合成的作用,来探索PGI_2在卵巢类固醇生成中可能起的作用。实验采用未孕山羊的新鲜卵巢,用含抗生素的Hank氏液清洗卵巢4~5遍,以去除粘着组织和覆盖膜。再游离卵巢中直径为3~10mm排卵前卵泡的粒层细胞、卵泡膜细胞、黄体细胞从黄素化卵
