溢流坝的消能型式关系到大坝安全和经济指标,关系到施工期长短和施工方法。为此,作者在荣桓水电站溢流坝施工设计阶段,根据坝址的地质、水文气象及下游水位稳定情况和溢流坝段长等特点,经过水力学计算与模型试验反复验证,将原初步设计拟定的底流消力池消能方案改为防冲齿墙,不设护坦的面流消能方式,节省了工程量、缩短了工期。工程投产后,1992年3月、7月分别出现3100m3/S和4750m3/S的洪水,原型观察表明,消能效果良好,工程安然无恙。
The energy dissipating type of overflow dam is related to dam safety and economic indicators, and relates to the length of construction period and construction method. Therefore, based on the characteristics of geology, hydro-meteorology, stability of downstream water level and the length of overflow dam at the design stage of spillway dam of Ronghuan Hydropower Station, the author, after repeated verification by hydraulic calculation and model test, The proposed design of underflow stilling pool energy dissipation scheme to anti-punched tooth wall, no protection of the Tan stream surface energy dissipation method, saving the project volume and shorten the construction period. After the project was put into operation, 3100m3 / S and 4750m3 / S of floods occurred in March and July 1992, respectively. Prototype observations show that the energy dissipation effect is good and the project is safe and sound.
