1转向机构转向机构起着控制和改变拖拉机的行驶方向,决定着拖拉机行驶的安全性,对转向机构的检查,不可掉以轻心,确保转向机构技术状况良好。(1)检查横直拉杆球头、转向垂臂、转向机座等的紧固情况,及开口销的锁止情况。(2)检查转向轴的预紧情况(方法是沿转向轴轴向推拉方向盘,不得有明显的间隙感及晃动感)。(3)检查方向盘的游动间隙控制在15~30mm的范围内。过大过小都要及时调整。
