工匠精神是一种理念,也是一种追求,对于实现中华人民共和国伟大复兴梦有很大的作用。工匠精神在不同的时期具有不同的意义和内涵。现在的工匠精神以实事求是的科学精神和忘我工作的敬业精神为时代主题。根据国家的发展和厂矿企业的需要,中职学校还要担当起培养学生工匠精神的使命和责任。但由于理论和制度的缺失,工匠精神培养的还是有点不到位。中职学校应该加快发展脚步,创新教学理念,对培养工匠精神提出明确要求。要加快校园文化建设,把工匠精神和社会主义发展观形成新的统一。培养出一批具有团队精神、敬业精神、责任意识的有志青年。学校不仅要加强文化建设,更要整合资源,加强校企合作,校企合作是发展现代职业教育的重要途径,加强校企合作也能培养学生的工匠精神。
The spirit of artisan is an idea and a pursuit. It plays a great role in realizing the great rejuvenation dream of the People’s Republic of China. Artisan spirit has different meanings and connotations in different periods. The spirit of artisans today is the theme of the times based on the scientific spirit of seeking truth from facts and the dedication of selfless dedication. According to the development of the country and the needs of factories and mines, secondary vocational schools should assume the mission and responsibility of training the spirit of student artisans.
