在已有曲线形夹具锚体系的力学模型和力学分析的基础上,通过理论分析的方法提出了CFRP片材最大预拉力控制、最大锚固长度和锚具体系可靠性的判断方法.结合加固工程算例分析,说明了CFRP片材预拉力值以及相应锚具尺寸和高强螺栓的确定方法,给出了工程加固基于锚具体系可靠性的计算参数和主要设计程序,并分析了预应力损失的有关因素,以及考虑预应力损失因素下,预拉力有效值的估算.
Based on the mechanical model and mechanical analysis of the existing curved clamp anchorage system, a method of judging the maximum prestress control, the maximum anchorage length and the anchorage system reliability of the CFRP sheet is proposed by theoretical analysis. An example is given to illustrate the prestressing value of CFRP sheet and the method to determine the size of the anchor and the high strength bolt. The calculation parameters and the main design procedures of the anchorage system reliability are given. The analysis of the relationship between the prestress loss Factor, and prestress loss factor, pre-tension rms value is estimated.
