“中国教育学会特殊教育分会’99年会”于1999年11月26日至30日在广州白云宾馆举行,这是一次跨世纪的年会。来自全国各地及港、澳代表100多人参加了大会。在开幕式上,广州市教委副主任、市特教专业委员会名誉主席姚继业和澳门教育暨青年司教育心理主任梁慧琪作了《社会文明的特殊奠基工程》和《澳门特殊教育现况》的专题报告和专题发言。大会期间,江苏省教委,广州市盲人学校,特教分会职教部、弱智教育部,广州市越秀区培智学校,北京一师特教中心,天津理工大学聋人学院等代表作了学术交流。大会还组织了专家学术报告,中央
“Chinese Education Society Special Education Branch ’99 annual meeting ” in November 26, 1999 to 30 in Guangzhou Baiyun Hotel, this is a cross-century annual meeting. Over 100 representatives from all over the country, Hong Kong and Macao attended the conference. At the opening ceremony, Yao Jiye, Deputy Director of the Guangzhou Education Commission, Honorary Chairman of the Municipal Special Education Commission, and Liang Huiqi, the Education Psychologist of the Education and Youth Division of Macao made a special report entitled “Special Foundation Project of Social Civilization” and “Current Situation of Special Education in Macao” And the keynote speech. During the conference, representatives from Jiangsu Education Commission, Guangzhou Blind People’s School, Special Education Branch Vocational Education Department, Mentally Retarded Education Department, Guangzhou Yuexiu District Peizhi School, Beijing First Teachers’ Special Education Center and Tianjin Polytechnic University Deaf Institute made academic exchanges. The conference also organized expert academic report, the Central Committee
