目的调查某石化企业生产过程中产生高毒物品的职业危害,确定控制危害的关键点,为石化企业对高毒物品危害防护提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和工作场所化学毒物检测相结合的方法进行分析。结果该石化企业作业场所中存在的高毒物品种类较多,主要包括硫化氢、苯、氨、二硫化碳、一氧化碳等,其中有苯超标的岗位存在。结论高毒物品的关键控制点为采样口、机泵区、检尺口、污水罐、污水泵等,苯和硫化氢危害最为严重,应加强其防毒措施。
Objective To investigate the occupational hazards of high toxic substances in the production process of a petrochemical enterprise, and to determine the key points to control the hazards and provide the basis for the petrochemical enterprises in the protection against the hazards of highly toxic substances. Methods The method of on-site occupational hygiene survey and chemical poison detection in the workplace were used to analyze. Results The petrochemical enterprises in the workplace there are more types of high-toxic substances, including hydrogen sulfide, benzene, ammonia, carbon disulfide, carbon monoxide, etc., of which benzene exceeded the post there. Conclusion The key control points for highly toxic substances are the sampling port, pump area, test-bed mouth, sewage tank, sewage pump and so on. The most serious damage to benzene and hydrogen sulfide, and its anti-virus measures should be strengthened.
