近年来,我们通过大修理及二级保养,先后分别对C630、C620、C618、L-3、F-1、K-28等多种型号车床的拖板箱横进给螺母副进行改装,采用了自动补偿丝杠螺母副。该结构原理是将斜楔形螺母改革成圆柱形螺母,并将其分成上下两半爿,通过弹簧的径向预紧力使其两侧面紧贴在丝杠的两侧面上。这样,由于种种原因所产生的间隙就可以自动补偿。即使是丝杠的局部磨损,也能通过两半爿螺母的径向微量移动来补偿。图中所示为C620车床拖板箱丝杠螺母副改装后的结构。自动补偿丝杆螺母副有下述优点:(1)由于两半爿螺母在四根弹簧的作用下能自动消除制造及磨损所产生的间隙,故减少了刻度盘空程量。我们曾在C630、L-3等小拖板丝杠上也改用圆
