首届西北方言与民俗学术研讨会于2004年9月18日至20日在陕西师大召开。本次会议由全国汉语方 言学会和陕西师范大学主办,陕西师大西北方言与民俗研究中心承办。55位学者参加了会议,他们分别来自 国内15个省、市、自治区和香港特别行政区以及日本。提交论文60篇,涉及议题主要有:方言与民俗现象的 描写与比较;方言与民俗相结合的研究及其理论探讨;语言接触与双语问题;东干语研究;西北方言与民俗研 究的回顾与前瞻。中国社会科学院语言所方言室主任周磊主持开幕式,陕西师大西北方言与民俗研究中心主 任邢向东致开幕词,陕西师大副校长萧正洪、中国社科院语言所研究员张振兴、厦门大学中文系教授李如龙分 别致辞。张振兴、李如龙、尉迟治平、郑定欧、周磊、刘勋宁、张安生、刘俐李、胡安顺、柯理思、张成材、邢向东、 王国杰等十三位学者作了大会发言。其余学者进行了小组讨论。会议开得紧张、有序、热烈、务实,取得了圆 满成功。陕西师大文学院汉语言文字学学科带头人胡安顺致闭幕词。
The First Northwest Dialect and Folklore Symposium was held in Shaanxi Normal University from September 18 to September 2004. This conference is sponsored by the National Association of Chinese Dialects and Shaanxi Normal University, and is hosted by the Northwest Regional Dialect and Folklore Research Center of Shaanxi Normal University. 55 scholars attended the conference. They came from 15 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Japan respectively. 60 papers submitted, the topics are: dialect and folklore description and comparison; dialect and folklore research and theoretical discussion; language contact and bilingual issues; Donggan language research; Northwest dialect and folklore review and Looking ahead. Zhou Lei, director of the dialect of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, officiated at the opening ceremony. Xing Xiangdong, director of the Northwest Dialect and Folklore Research Center of Shaanxi Normal University, delivered an opening speech. Xiao Zhenghong, vice president of Shaanxi Normal University, Zhang Zhenxing, a researcher with the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and professor of Chinese Language Department of Xiamen University Li Rulong addressed separately. Thirteen scholars including Zhang Zhenxing, Li Rulong, Yu Chih-ping, Zheng Dingou, Zhou Lei, Liu Xuning, Zhang Ansheng, Liu Li, Hu Anshun, Ke Lisi, Zhang Chengguo, Xing Xiangdong and Wang Guojie made speeches at the conference. The rest of the scholars conducted a panel discussion. The meeting was tense, orderly, warm and pragmatic and achieved complete success. Hu Anshun, the leader of Chinese language and philology in Shaanxi Normal University, made a closing speech.
