党的十八届三中全会提出,国有企业是推进国家现代化、保障人民共同利益的重要力量,必须适应市场化、国际化新形势,进一步深化国有企业改革。思想政治工作在改革开放进程中发挥了不可替代的作用。在改革进入深水区和攻坚期的关键时刻,思想政治工作必须与时俱进,打造新的优势,为全面深化改革提供强大的思想保证和精神动力。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed that state-owned enterprises are an important force for promoting the modernization of the country and safeguarding the common interests of the people. They must adapt themselves to the new situation of marketization and internationalization and further deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises. Ideological and political work played an irreplaceable role in the process of reform and opening up. At the crucial moment when the reform has entered the deep-water area and the crucial period for tackling difficulties, the ideological and political work must advance with the times, create new advantages and provide powerful ideological guarantee and spiritual motivation for deepening the overall reform.
