随着天然气长管拖车的大量使用,天然气长管拖车的安全越来越受到人们的重视。对拖车气瓶进行定期检验已成为气瓶安全使用的专项要求。文章基于气瓶防转销钉安全进行检测的案例,通过有限元的方法,使用ANSYS Workbench分析气瓶应力应变变形情况及其安全系数,得出了气瓶各部分受力变形情况及安全系数的大小。其结果显示气瓶在正常受力情况下,防转销钉处并不会成为失效点,而气瓶其他部分存在应力集中的位置,但安全系数都大于1,属于安全范围内。
With the extensive use of natural gas long-tube trailers, the safety of long-tube natural gas trailers has drawn more and more attention. Regular testing of trailer gas cylinders has become a special requirement for the safe use of gas cylinders. Based on the case of gas cylinder anti-rotation pin safety detection, the finite element method is used to analyze the stress and strain of gas cylinder and its safety factor using ANSYS Workbench, and the stress and strain of each part of gas cylinder and the safety factor are obtained . The results show that the cylinder under normal stress conditions, anti-rotation pin will not be a failure point, and other parts of the cylinder there is stress concentration, but the safety factor is greater than 1, are within the safe range.
