本文研究了合金元素钼、钴对铸铁短纤维烧结体组织与性能的影响。钼使烧结体密度下降,孔隙率升高,组织由珠光体加铁素体变成贝氏体;当钼含量达到1.0%wt时,烧结体强度达到最大值1100MPa。钴明显加速烧结体致密化过程,提高了烧结体密度,组织中的铁素体随钴含量的增加而增加,当钴含量为3%时,烧结体强度达到最大值990MPa
In this paper, the effects of alloying elements molybdenum and cobalt on the structure and properties of cast iron short fiber sintered body were studied. Molybdenum reduced the sintered density and increased the porosity. The microstructure changed from pearlite to ferrite to bainite. When the molybdenum content reached 1.0% wt, the sintered compact reached a maximum strength of 1100 MPa. Cobalt significantly accelerates the densification process of sintered compact and increases the density of sintered compact. The ferrite content in the microstructure increases with the increase of cobalt content. When the content of cobalt is 3%, the sintered compact has a maximum strength of 990 MPa
