我国教育发展过程中的教师督导的作用发挥的不是很好,传统观念占主导地位,对教师专业化的发展定位不明确,督导人员队伍安排不合理,专业化水平低,对教师起不到指导的作用,笔者建议督导队伍的设置应该以学校为本,以教师发展为本,有针对性地提高教师素养和专业水平。
The role of teacher supervision in the process of educational development in China is not very good. The traditional concepts are dominant, the orientation of teachers’ specialization is not clear, the arrangement of supervisory staff is unreasonable, the level of specialization is low, and there is no guidance to teachers The author suggests that the setting of the supervision team should be based on the school, with the development of teachers as the basis, and improve the teachers’ accomplishment and professionalism in a targeted manner.
