尖锐湿疣(Condyloma Acuminatum,CA)是一种临床常见的性传播疾病,在我国发病率呈上升趋势,其高复发率仍是目前临床上的棘手问题。CO2激光是一种去除疣体的有效治疗方法,缺点是单纯激光治疗后患者的复发率较高。我们对CO2激光治疗后外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏8周同时口服香菇菌多糖片治疗CA进行了观察,疗效明显,现将结果报告如下。
Condyloma Acuminatum (CA) is a common clinical disease of sexually transmitted diseases, the incidence in our country is on the rise, and its high recurrence rate is still the current clinical difficult problem. CO2 laser is an effective treatment for the removal of warts, the disadvantage is that patients after laser therapy alone has a high recurrence rate. We CO2 laser treatment of topical 5% imiquimod cream for 8 weeks while oral mushroom polysaccharide tablets for the treatment of CA was observed, the effect is obvious, the results are reported as follows.
