目的:探讨影响患者对手术室护理质量满意度的因素,并提出有效的建议。方法:选取2015年在浙江省丽水市中心医院手术室进行治疗的360例患者为研究对象,采用手术外科患者满意度调查表,调查患者对手术室护理质量满意度,并分析影响患者对手术室护理质量满意度的相关因素。结果:患者对手术室护理质量满意度得分平均分为(4.45±0.45)分。多元Logistic回归结果显示,术后并发症、手术恐惧、疼痛、患者的学历及从业状况是影响手术室护理质量的主要因素。结论:患者对手术室护理质量满意度总体较好,通过分析影响手术室护理质量满意度的因素,有助于医护人员提出有针对性的建议,满足个体需求,提高患者对手术室护理质量的满意度。
Objective: To explore the factors that affect patient satisfaction with the quality of operating room care and to put forward effective suggestions. METHODS: A total of 360 patients treated in the operating room of Lishui Central Hospital in Zhejiang Province during 2015 were selected as the research object. Satisfaction questionnaire of surgical patients ’satisfaction was used to investigate the satisfaction of patients with operating room nursing. The impact of patients’ Factors related to nursing quality satisfaction. Results: The scores of satisfactory patients in operating room were divided equally (4.45 ± 0.45) points. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that postoperative complications, surgery fear, pain, patient’s academic status and professional status were the main factors affecting the quality of operating room care. Conclusion: Satisfaction with the quality of operating room nursing is generally good. By analyzing the factors that affect the satisfaction of operating room nursing, it helps the medical staff to make targeted suggestions to meet the individual needs and improve the quality of the operating room nursing Satisfaction.
