日前,贵州省矿权储备交易局根据《中华人民共和国矿产资源法》、《矿业权交易规则(试行)》、《贵州省矿业权网上挂牌拍卖交易规则(试行)》等有关法律法规的规定,受贵州省国土资源厅的委托,对贵州省瓮安县小高寨磷矿勘探探矿权进行网上公开挂牌出让。根据网上挂牌结果,贵州芭田以3.43亿元人民币竞得贵州省瓮安县小高寨磷矿勘探探矿权。出让人、竞得人对出让过程和成交结果均无异议。
