采用高分子材料制成硝苯地平缓释片 ,测定其释放度 ,以灰色数学模型进行分析 .结果表明 ,用灰色数学模型对药物释放过程进行拟合 ,拟合精度高 ,结果可靠 .灰色数学模型可用于描述其释药行为 .
The preparation of nifedipine sustained-release tablets was carried out with macromolecule material, and its release degree was measured.The gray mathematical model was used to analyze the results.The results showed that the gray mathematical model was used to fit the drug release process, the fitting accuracy was high and the result was reliable. The model can be used to describe the drug’s release behavior.
