介绍了一台以磁性蓄冷材料Er3Ni为第二级蓄冷器填料的大制冷功率两级G-M制冷机。该制冷机可作为空间环境模拟设备冷背景冷源,满足了辐射制冷器空间环境热模拟试验的要求。通过优化制冷机结构参数,使制冷机在转速为40r/min时,二级最低制冷温度达5.5K、20K时取得15.4W的有效制冷量。证明了应用磁性蓄冷材料改善G-M制冷机性能的有效性。
A large refrigeration power two stage G-M refrigerator with magnetic storage material Er3Ni as secondary storage cooler was introduced. The refrigerator can be used as a cold background cold source for the space environment simulation equipment to meet the requirements of the thermal simulation test of the space environment of the radiation cooler. By optimizing the structural parameters of the refrigerator, when the speed of the refrigerator is 40r / min, the minimum refrigeration temperature of the second stage reaches 5.5K and the effective cooling capacity of 15.4W at 20K. Proved that the application of magnetic storage materials to improve the effectiveness of G-M refrigerator performance.
