工作分析是整个人力资源管理体系的基础,这是所有理论模型和管理实践的共识。目前国内高校工作分析课程,多数停留在理论教学层面,关于工作分析课程实践教学方面的论文并不多见。工作分析一门实践性很强的课程,单纯依靠课堂教学,难以全面掌握工作的基本方法和基本技能,我院在人力资源管理专业课程体系中,设置了16课时的工作分析实践教学环节,通过实训,学生加深了对基本概念和理论的理解,促进了理论与实践的全面结合。本文通过对我院05级人力资源管理专业整个工作分析实践环节流程的论述,详细分析了工作分析实践教学环节中存在的障碍,提出了相关的应对策略,并得出结论,对广大兄弟院校人力资源专业工作分析课程实践教学的开展具有一定的参考价值。
