作者对氯丁二烯所致豚鼠肝脏的损害进行了组织化学观察;肝细胞超微结构观察;组织病理学检查及血清生物化学检查。结果提示氯丁二烯所致肝损害的实质是对内质网、线粒体的损害,并影响糖、脂代谢和蛋白质合成,最终导致肝细胞脂肪变性。
The author of the chloroprene induced guinea pig liver damage histological observation; ultrastructure of liver cells observed; histopathological examination and serum biochemical tests. The results suggest that the essence of hepatic damage caused by chloroprene is the damage to the endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria and affect the synthesis of sugar, lipid and protein, which eventually leads to the fatty degeneration of liver cells.
