铅中毒是一种最古老和最常见的职业中毒,工业生产中毒主要为慢性中毒。起病缓慢,呈隐匿性过程,有时早期无任何症状,仅出现血液上变化,临床以失眠、多梦、头昏、便秘和腹泻多见,体征可有口腔铅线,手指、眼睑、舌震颤,手心多汗,膝反射活跃。严重有贫血、腹绞痛、多发性神经炎、铅麻痹、铅脑病,而铅中毒引起眼的改变,国内未见报道。一九○九年A lexander氏对慢性铅中毒的许多眼症作过报道,但是慢性铅中毒的眼部体征未被重视。近一、二十年来,国外对铅中毒的眼症有较多的论文。一九六三年Sonkin氏提出视网膜点彩(Stippling of the retina)作为铅中毒早期诊断的一种新体征。基于铅中毒患者缺乏客观体征,古典体征口腔中铅线与口腔卫生关系密
