在接触式弯管测量机的基础上,采用激光CCD对测量叉进行改进,实现弯管的非接触测量.研究了弯管非接触测量的原理.通过移动测量叉沿弯管连续扫描测量获得的大量数据,采用最佳拟合线来确定弯管轴线的空间方位,提高了测量精度.
On the basis of the contact elbow measuring machine, the measuring fork is improved by the laser CCD to realize the non-contact measurement of elbow. The principle of non-contact measurement of elbow was studied. By moving a large amount of data obtained by continuous measurement of the measuring fork along the elbow, the best fitting line is used to determine the spatial orientation of the elbow axis and improve the measuring accuracy.
