鞍钢第二炼钢厂是建于40年代的老厂。1955年复建成180t平炉10座,年设计生产能力135万吨。从70年代以来,为挖掘生产潜力,我们从实际出发,依靠自己的技术力量和广大群众的创造力,坚持革新改造,走内涵扩大再生产的道路。在改造过程中,我们始终坚持少花钱,多办事,求发展,争效益的原则。一是不等不靠,主动革新改造,认定了就拍板,看准了就改;二是不向上伸手要资金、设备和人力;三是坚持边生产边改造,做到大修大改,小修小改,逢修必改。
