我国自然资源分布区域差异较大,西北部主要集中了风光资源,西南部是水电,而东南部是用电负荷中心,能源资源相对缺少。近年来,可再生能源开发速度和规模大幅提升、风电光电发展与现行政策机制和市场机制不匹配、“源—网—荷—储”协调不畅、需求侧对大规模风光出力消纳能力不足是导致弃风、弃光问题愈演愈烈的重要原因。最近,本刊记者采访了华北电力大学经济与管理学院教授、博士生导师曾鸣,就上述有关问题进行了深入探讨。
The distribution of natural resources in our country is quite different. There are mainly scenic resources in the northwest, hydropower in the southwest, and load and power consumption centers in the southeast, which lacks energy resources. In recent years, the development speed and scale of renewable energy have been greatly improved. The development of photovoltaic power has not been matched with the existing policy and market mechanisms, and the coordination of the “source, network, load and storage” has been sluggish. Insufficient capacity is the leading cause of abandoning the wind and discarding the light. Recently, the reporter interviewed North China Electric Power University School of Economics and Management professor and doctoral tutor Zeng Ming, on the above issues were discussed in depth.
