随着我国经济、旅游业的高速发展和居民旅游消费的升级转型,邮轮旅游已成为居民休闲度假的新选择。国际邮轮环境相对封闭、人员密度高、人员组成复杂、饮食卫生及医疗条件有限,为疾病传播提供了有利条件。该文对历年文献加以分析,综述了国际邮轮相关呼吸道传染性疾病种类及相关风险因素,并对相关国际政策法规进行整理,以期为邮轮相关呼吸道传染性疾病的防控提供依据。
With the rapid development of economy and tourism in our country and the upgrading and transformation of residents’ tourism consumption, cruise tourism has become a new choice for residents to enjoy leisure and vacation. The relatively closed international cruise ship environment, high staff density, complex personnel composition, limited diet, health and medical conditions provide favorable conditions for disease transmission. This paper analyzes the literature over the years, summarizes the types of respiratory infectious diseases associated with cruise lines and related risk factors, and organizes relevant international policies and regulations in order to provide a basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases associated with cruise lines.
