采用数据包络分析方法中的CCR模型,以山西省11个地级市2009年的统计数据为基础,对其多个循环经济投入—产出指标进行综合评价,得到了山西省不同区域循环经济效率的差异指标。分析结果显示,山西省循环经济效率地区差异明显,呈现出晋北效率较高、晋中晋南地区效率较低的情形。在相关投入产出指标既定的情况下,不同地级市对于资源投入的利用效率和环境改善能力存在较大差异。
Based on the statistical data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Shanxi province in 2009, the CCR model of data envelopment analysis was used to evaluate the multiple input-output indicators of circular economy. The results showed that the circular economy in different regions of Shanxi Province Differences in efficiency indicators. The analysis shows that there are obvious differences in the efficiency of recycling economy in Shanxi Province, showing the higher efficiency in the north of Shanxi Province and the lower efficiency in Jinnan and Shanxi Province. Given the relevant input-output indicators, different prefecture-level cities have great differences in the efficiency of resource utilization and environmental improvement.
