目的了解大学生在甲型H1N1流感流行初期对甲型H1N1流感关注态度及行为变化情况。方法整群抽取温州医学院临床医学、中医学、预防医学、公共卫生管理等专业1~4年级的学生,由经过统一培训的调查人员利用自制的调查表进行调查。结果在甲型H1N1流感流行初期有40%的学生每天关注甲型H1N1流感进展;90%以上的同学认同政府采取的各项应对措施;69.1%的学生认为甲型H1N1流感不会引起大范围流行;一旦周围出现甲型H1N1流感病人,70%以上的学生担心被感染而引起恐慌。14.3%至20.7%的同学增加有益健康行为。结论大学生对甲型H1N1流感流行程度估计不足,存在恐慌心理;采取有益健康行为的比例较低,需要加强有关知识教育和心理疏导。
Objective To understand the attitudes and behavioral changes of college students in the early stage of Influenza A (H1N1) influenza. Methods A total of 1 ~ 4 grade students from Wenzhou Medical College, including clinical medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, preventive medicine and public health management, were enrolled in this study. Investigators who conducted unified training conducted surveys using self-made questionnaires. As a result, 40% of the students in the early stage of the influenza A (H1N1) epidemic were concerned about the progress of the influenza A (H1N1) flu every day. More than 90% of the students agreed with the government’s response measures. 69.1% of the students thought that the H1N1 influenza would not cause pandemic More than 70% of students worry about being infected and causing panic once A (H1N1) flu occurs around them. 14.3% to 20.7% of students increased their health behaviors. Conclusions Undergraduates are not sufficiently aware of the prevalence of Influenza A (H1N1), and panic psychology exists. The proportion of students taking beneficial health behaviors is low, and relevant knowledge education and psychological counseling need to be strengthened.
