目的:研究不同助表面活性剂对纳米乳形成的影响。方法:通过滴定法绘制拟三元相图,分别考察不同助表面活性剂对微乳形成的影响。结果:在同一表面活性剂和油相的情况下,不同助表面活性剂的不同结构和性质、表面活性剂和助表面活性剂的质量比(Km)、温度的变化对微乳的形成均有影响。结论:在合适的条件下,通过准确选择表面活性剂和恰当的油以及助表面活性剂的恰当种类和配比能够实现较低的表面活性剂的用量形成微乳,一般微乳形成的区域大小与表面活性剂和助表面活性剂的总量成正比,与油的用量成反比,与助表面活性剂的用量成反比。微乳制备时用三元相图作为确定最佳微乳形成条件还不够全面,微乳区域的大小不是唯一的判断微乳形成的最佳处方的依据,需要进行稳定性考察。
Objective: To study the effect of different cosurfactants on the formation of nanoemulsion. Methods: The quasi-ternary phase diagram was drawn by titration, and the effect of different cosurfactants on the formation of microemulsion was investigated. Results: In the same surfactant and oil phase, the different structures and properties of different co-surfactants, the mass ratio of surfactant to co-surfactant (Km) influences. CONCLUSIONS: Under the right conditions, lower surfactant loadings can be achieved by precise selection of the correct type and ratio of the appropriate oil and co-surfactant to form the microemulsion. The size of the area typically formed by the microemulsion Proportional to the total amount of surfactant and cosurfactant, inversely proportional to the amount of oil, inversely proportional to the amount of cosurfactant. The preparation of microemulsion using ternary phase diagram as the optimal microemulsion forming conditions is not comprehensive enough. The size of the microemulsion area is not the only basis for judging the optimal formulation of microemulsions and the stability study is needed.
