介绍金华市临江大桥主跨钢管砼系杆拱桥采用军用墩支架法的施工技术。钢管混凝土系杆拱桥以其跨度大、结构轻、造型美、省建材等优点被广泛应用于公路工程。但该桥技术复杂、施工难度大已经暴露和潜在的问题还很多。本文将结合工程实践阐述钢管混凝土系杆拱桥现浇支架施工中的承载力控制和支架本身的强度、刚度和稳定性等要求确保钢管混凝土系杆拱桥的施工安全。
The construction technique of using military pier support method to describe the main span steel tube concrete tied arch bridge of Jinhua Linjiang Bridge. The concrete-filled steel tube tied arch bridge is widely used in highway projects due to its advantages of large span, light structure, beautiful appearance and provincial building materials. However, the technology of the bridge is complex and the difficulty of construction has been exposed and there are still many potential problems. In this paper, the control of bearing capacity and the strength, stiffness and stability of the cast-in-situ concrete-filled steel tube concrete arch bridge with cast-in-situ steel are discussed combining with engineering practice to ensure the construction safety of the steel tube concrete tied arch bridge.
