Introduction Oceanographic research not only provides the basis for the design of sensors and interpretation of information of ocean remote sensing, but also can quantitatively estimate the suspended sediment (or other substances) in the water according to the aeronautical spectrum measurement data of the site in aerial remote sensing. Ocean spectral emissivity is related to the principal optical parameters in the ocean, such as the total scattering coefficient, forward scattering coefficient, absorption coefficient, and total illumination of the incident light. This problem was theoretically elucidated in 1941 by the famous American scholar Hulburd et al
