企业文化是对企业长期发展的无形资产和企业内涵的沉淀,对于企业在激烈的市场竞争环境中健康发展尤为重要。我国社会正处于转型升级的关键时期,企业要想健康持续的发展,也需要进行深刻的变革与创新。本文中,笔者首先阐述了企业文化及企业文化创新的价值和意义,结合企业文化创新对于企业管理创新的重要影响,指出了当前我国企业管理创新的要点,对于我国企业文化创新和对企业管理水平的提升都具有一定的实际价值。
