一、原料:棉子壳,木屑,麸皮,石膏等。二、生产工艺:(一)配方:1.棉壳89％,麸皮10％,’石膏12％。2.棉子壳50％,木屑39％,麸皮10％,石膏2％。3.木屑79％,麸皮20％,石膏2％。水一般为120％左右。水份多少对发菌会有一定影响。 (二)灭菌:采用高压灭菌,1.5磅压力下保持1.5小时,常温灭菌在100℃温度下保持3小时,并要闷一夜。 (三)接种:在接种之前,接种箱用高锰酸钾和甲醛进行气化消毒,消毒半小时后再进行无菌接种。在接种时菌种量要大些,并要选择优嫩的良菌种,如发现老化和吐黄水的菌种则不能用。
