张惠贞,黄河水利职业技术学院党委书记、教授。河南省素质教育研究会副会长,河南省高校政治思想教育研究会理事。先后荣获“河南省高校优秀共产党员”、“河南省三八红旗手”、开封市“优秀党务工作者”和“开封市五一巾帼奖”、开封市五一劳动奖章等荣誉称号。主编、参编著书5部,先后发表文章30多篇,主持和参与国家级项目1个、省部级项目9个、厅级项目5个,获厅级以上教学科研奖8项。
