本试验选用抗旱性不同的大豆品种,运用盆栽的方法,研究了叶片超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)与其抗旱性关系,指出植株遇旱SOD活性增强,且以抗旱性强的品种增加幅度较大。在整个生育期间,以植株生长最旺盛的盛花期SOD活性最高。通过研究其与叶片相对电导率的关系,发现该酶能够维持细胞膜系统的完整性,有利于植株逆境条件下的生长。
In this experiment, the soybean varieties with different drought resistance were selected, and the relationship between the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and drought resistance of the leaves was studied by potted methods. The results showed that the SOD activity of drought-stressed plants was enhanced, Big. Throughout the growth period, the most vigorous plant growth in full bloom SOD activity. By studying its relationship with the relative conductivity of leaves, it was found that the enzyme could maintain the integrity of the cell membrane system and be conducive to plant growth under adverse conditions.
