近年来,人们又发现了一种新的致病性弧菌——创伤弧菌(Unlnificus Vibrio),本文扼要介绍国外对这一种新认识的创伤弧菌感染的临床和实验研究的近况。病原学形态创伤弧菌为革兰氏阴性弧菌,菌体一端有鞭毛,鞭毛长1.4～1.6μm,具有动力。弧菌形态及鞭毛数目可因培养基而异。鞭毛数目自1～7根不等,固体培养基中菌体可呈多形性,有 C 形、Z 形和螺旋形,且大小不等。液体培养基中菌体稍弯曲,菌体大小为0.7×2～3.5μm。
In recent years, a new pathogenic Vibrio spp. (Unlnificus Vibrio) has been discovered. This article briefly introduces the current status of clinical and experimental research on this newly recognized Vibrio vulnificus infection. Vibrio gonorrhoeae Vibrio gram-negative Vibrio, bacteria flagella at one end, the length of flagella 1.4 ~ 1.6μm, with power. Vibrio morphology and the number of flagella may vary with the medium. Flagella number ranging from 1 to 7, the solid medium can be pleomorphic bacteria, with C-shaped, Z-shaped and spiral, and the size range. The liquid medium slightly bent bacteria, cell size of 0.7 × 2 ~ 3.5μm.
