本文通过对稀土元素含量不同的无氧铜试样进行的冷加工内耗测量研究表明,各试样均出现冷加工内耗峰,微量稀土(0.015—0.398%)可使泠加工峰温向高温移动近100℃.并观察了形变量对冷加工内耗峰的影响.锆的加入可以引起新的冷加工内耗峰,文中对所得到的实验结果进行了初步的讨论.
In this paper, the non-oxygen content of rare earth copper specimens were measured by the internal friction loss measurement showed that the sample were cold-working within the consumption peak, trace rare earth (0.015-0.398%) can make the peak temperature of the peak temperature of nearly 100 ℃ The effects of deformation on the internal friction peak in cold working were also observed.The addition of zirconium could cause a new internal friction peak in cold working, and the preliminary experimental results were discussed in this paper.
