链式喂料机系机械化养鸡成套设备中的主要设备之一,其中链片则是该设备中的关键零件。链片质量的优劣,直接影响喂料机的使用性能和寿命。我国一些厂家生产的链片,目前多采用2.5mm厚的20钢板材冲制成型,然后再经盐浴炉加热,盐水淬火,进行低碳马氏体强韧化处理。由于手工操作,链片质量不易保证,设备能耗高,劳动强度大,且有盐蒸汽污染及工件易腐蚀等弊病。为稳定链片质量,降低能耗,减轻劳动强度,消除污染,链片热处理的工艺及设备改进被列入“上海市十四项科技结合生产重点工业
