目的探讨连云港推行食盐碘化(USI)政策防治碘缺乏症的效果及碘盐对新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减退症发病率的影响。方法根据连云港市新生儿筛查资料和碘缺乏症(IDD)监测资料,分析该市对人群碘营养状况科学调整策略实施前后新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减退症发生情况。结果2009年新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减退症发病率(1/2555)较2008年(1/1435)有显著性下降(P<0.05)。结论该市食盐碘化(USI)国策在防治IDD功不可没,但应控制人群的碘营养状况在尿碘中位数(MUI)100~200μg/L安全范围内。
Objective To explore the effect of Lianyungang’s promotion of iodized salt (USI) on the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders and the effect of iodized salt on the incidence of congenital hypothyroidism in neonates. Methods According to the neonatal screening data and iodine deficiency disorders (IDD) monitoring data in Lianyungang City, the incidence of congenital hypothyroidism in neonates before and after the scientific adjustment strategy of iodine nutrition status was analyzed. Results The incidence of congenital hypothyroidism (1/2555) in neonates in 2009 was significantly lower than that in 2008 (1/1435) (P <0.05). Conclusion The national policy of salt iodization (USI) in this city can not be neglected in the prevention and treatment of IDD. However, the iodine nutrition status of the population should be controlled within the safe range of 100 ~ 200μg / L of median urinary iodine (MUI).
