对钛—钛、钛—铜及铜—钛压印接头进行了静态力学性能试验。对比分析了三种接头的静力学行为,并运用扫描电子显微镜对接头拉伸断口进行微观分析。结果表明,TA1-H62接头静拉伸强度和能量吸收值最大(4944.52 N,5.034J),TA1-TA1接头略小(4641.24 N,3.515 J),H62-TA1接头最小(2877.19 N,1.426 J);三种接头失效模式均为颈部断裂失效,TA1-TA1接头断口呈现解理和韧窝形貌,同时具有韧性断裂和脆性断裂的特征;TA1-H62接头断口出现明显韧窝和延伸区特征,为典型的韧性断裂;H62-TA1接头断口呈现小而浅的“U”型韧窝,为强度较低的韧性断口。
The static mechanical properties of titanium-titanium, titanium-copper and copper-titanium stamping joints were tested. The static behaviors of the three kinds of joints were analyzed comparatively, and the tensile fracture of the joints was analyzed microscopically by scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the static tensile strength and energy absorption value of TA1-H62 joints were the largest (4944.52 N, 5.034J), the TA1-TA1 joints slightly smaller (4641.24 N, 3.515 J) and the smallest ones H62-TA1 joints (2877.19 N, 1.426 J) ; The failure modes of the three joints were all failure of the neck, the fracture of the TA1-TA1 joint showed cleavage and dimple morphology, and both the ductile fracture and the brittle fracture. The obvious dimples and extension features of the fracture surface of the TA1-H62 joint , Which is a typical ductile fracture. The small and shallow “U ” dimples appear in the fracture of H62-TA1 joint, which is a tough fracture with lower strength.
