目的探讨丹参合参附注射液对重症胰腺炎(SAP)的防治作用。方法 SD大鼠72只,随机分为对照组(A组)、胰腺炎组(B组)和丹参合参附组(C组)。5%牛磺胆酸钠胰腺被膜下均匀注射制作SAP模型。放免法检测肺组织肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-10(IL-10)含量,测定肺组织湿/干比值,并光镜下观察胰腺、肺组织病理变化。结果与A组比较,B组各时相肺组织TNF-α含量明显升高(P<0.05),IL-10含量明显降低(P<0.05),肺组织湿/干比值明显增高(P<0.05),胰腺、肺组织炎症明显。与B组比较,C组各时相肺组织TNF-α含量明显降低(P<0.05),IL-10含量明显升高(P<0.05),肺组织湿/干比值明显降低(P<0.05),胰腺、肺组织明显炎症减轻。结论丹参合参附注射液对SAP肺损伤有防治作用,其中改善微循环,调节肺组织内炎性因子TNF-α、IL-10含量是其作用机制之一。
Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) by Danshen and Ginseng Injection. Methods Seventy-two SD rats were randomly divided into control group (group A), pancreatitis group (group B) and Salvia miltiorrhiza combined group (group C). 5% sodium taurocholate pancreas was subcutaneously injected into the SAP model. Tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) levels in lung tissue were determined by radioimmunoassay. The wet / dry ratio of lung tissue was measured. Pathological changes of pancreas and lung were observed under light microscope. Results Compared with group A, the content of TNF-α in lung tissue of group B was significantly increased (P <0.05), the content of IL-10 was significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the ratio of wet to dry lung was significantly increased ), Pancreas, lung inflammation obvious. Compared with group B, the content of TNF-α in lung tissue of C group decreased significantly (P <0.05), the content of IL-10 increased significantly (P <0.05), and the ratio of wet / , Pancreas, lung tissue significantly reduce inflammation. Conclusion Danshen ginseng injection can prevent and treat SAP lung injury, which can improve microcirculation and regulate the content of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-10 in lung tissue.
