白内障摘除治疗闭角型青光眼是目前青光眼治疗领域争论的问题之一。对于合并白内障的闭角型青光眼是单独做白内障手术,还是单独做青光眼手术,或是行白内障青光眼联合手术,各家的观点不一。我们组织北京同仁医院眼科中心青光眼专科的七位医师,对此问题进行讨论,仅供临床医师参考。
