为了做好本职工作,以英语为二语(ESL)的写作专业教师应对二语写作所涉及到的全部问题有一个足够的了解。他们应将自己的目标、原则和模式三者协调起来,研究二语写作的辅助手段,去分析和评估各种有争议的观点。本文试图提出一些观点,集中探讨二语写作的教学方法——阐明其是非曲直和发展方向。本文特别要考虑以下问题.(1)解释和简评从1945年到1990年期间二语写作教学的发展;(2)推出某些试探性的模式,为理解、描述和评估二语写作教学
In order to do a good job of their own work, ESL writing teachers should have a good understanding of all the problems involved in L2 writing. They should reconcile their own goals, principles and models to study the auxiliary means of second language writing and to analyze and evaluate various controversial points of view. This article tries to put forward some ideas and focus on the teaching of second language writing - to clarify its merits and development. In this paper, we should consider the following issues in particular: (1) to explain and review the development of second language writing teaching from 1945 to 1990; (2) to introduce some exploratory models to understand, describe and evaluate second language writing teaching
