班主任工作向来是学校管理工作的重点,学校的学生管理工作都是由班主任来负责的,一个学校的管理工作在很大程度上体现在班主任的管理工作上。而职业学校由于其招生的特殊性决定了在职业学校班级管理的特殊性,职业学校的学生大都是学习成绩较差的,这些学生初中在各自的学校可能就是问题学生、差生,因此,管理起来的难度可想而知。而做好班主任工作对学生的身心健康成长有着积极的意义,文中从充分发挥师生之间情感交流的作用、教师在管理工作中要遵循公平的原则和教师要做学生专业的引路人等三个方面介绍了自己做班主任工作的经验,以供其他教师参考。
