水泥浆失水是影响吐哈油田固井质量的重要原因。通过分析水泥浆失水过多造成的严重后果及降失水剂RC800降失水的作用机理,在室内降稳失性实验、稠化时间实验、流变性和游离水含量实验以及抗压强度实验的基础上,优选出了水泥浆降失水剂RC800的合理配方。10口井的现场施工表明,降失水剂RC800能与多种水泥浆添加剂相配伍,使用安全方便,应用范围广,可以大幅度提高该地区的固井质量,有效地防止该地区的油层污染。
