美国次贷危机已经通过信用体系的连锁反应演变为一场金融危机,严重损害了美国金融体系和实体经济的稳定性。本文分析次贷危机的未来走势及其对中国经济的影响,展望了次贷危机的发展趋势,讨论次贷危机和房价下跌如何影响美国实体经济,进而影响中国宏观经济金融的渠道和程度。为应对美国金融危机和经济衰退对中国经济带来的不利影响,中国应该相机调整宏观经济政策。
The subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has evolved into a financial crisis through the chain reaction of the credit system, seriously damaging the stability of the U.S. financial system and the real economy. This article analyzes the future trend of the subprime mortgage crisis and its impact on China’s economy. It looks forward to the development trend of the subprime mortgage crisis and discusses how the subprime mortgage crisis and falling house prices affect the real economy of the United States and thus the channels and levels of China’s macroeconomic and financial affairs. To cope with the adverse effects of the U.S. financial crisis and recession on China’s economy, China should adjust its macroeconomic policies to the camera.
