目的分析柳州城市道路交通伤害流行特点及经济负担,为节约社会资源、预防控制道路伤害提供科学依据。方法从广西公安厅交警总队收集柳州市城区2000-2009年道路交通伤害资料,整理分析各年龄段受伤害人员交通事故和交通伤的特点,计算伤害的经济负担并描述其分布。结果 2000-2009柳州市年城区道路交通伤害发生男性多于女性(t=427.88,P<0.001),道路伤害发生人员职业主要为个体户、运输业人员,分别占26.19%和16.74%。15~44岁年龄组的负担最重,共损失伤残调整寿命年(disability adjusted of life years,DALY)68 472.81人年,占总损失的78.38%,10年间共造成的经济损失为14.96亿元。结论柳州城市道路交通伤害形式十分严峻,应加强从事个体和运输等驾驶员的交通安全意识和行为教育,加强高危时段的道路安全疏导和监督检查,加强道路的安全设施建设,合理配置资源,为道路使用者提供一个安全的道路交通环境,从而减轻柳州市经济负担。
Objective To analyze the prevalence and economic burden of urban road traffic injuries in Liuzhou and provide a scientific basis for saving social resources and preventing and controlling road injuries. Methods The Traffic Police Corps of Guangxi Public Security Bureau collected the data of road traffic injuries in urban areas of Liuzhou City from 2000 to 2009, analyzed the characteristics of traffic accidents and traffic injuries of injured persons of all ages, and calculated the economic burden of injuries and described their distribution. Results In 2000-2009, more traffic accidents occurred in traffic accidents in urban areas of Liuzhou City during the year (t = 427.88, P <0.001). Occupations of road injuries occurred mainly in self-employed individuals and transport personnel, accounting for 26.19% and 16.74% respectively. The 15-44 age group was the most burdened, with a total loss of 68 472.81 person-years of disability-adjusted of life years (DALY), accounting for 78.38% of the total loss. The total economic loss in the 10-year period was 1.496 billion yuan . Conclusion The road traffic injuries in urban areas of Liuzhou City are very serious. Traffic safety awareness and behavioral education should be strengthened for individuals and transport drivers. Road safety guidance and supervision should be strengthened in high-risk areas. Road safety facilities should be strengthened and resources allocated to Road users to provide a safe road traffic environment, thereby reducing the economic burden of Liuzhou City.
