《长春市城市总体规划(2011-2020)》(报批稿)日前出炉。根据《规划》,到2020年,长春将新增保障性住房供应约9.1万套,修建4处郊野公园,规划24个中心换乘站,各分区均建设避震疏散场所,城市将更加宜居、绿色、方便、安全。《规划》提出,2020年长春市域总人口控制在950万人左右,城镇实际居住人口控制在650万人左右,城镇化率约为68%。合理引导市域人口和劳动力分布,优化配置市域发展资源,形成5个城镇等级,其中包括1个特大城市、4个中等城市、4个人口10万至20万的城镇、8个人口5万至10万的城镇以及
