编辑工作是出版工作的中心环节,是出版社整个编印发工作的基础和前提。一篇稿件从策划、组稿、编辑、印刷变为出版物走向社会,往往需要凝聚编辑人员的心血。也就是说,一个出版单位如果没有高素质的编辑人才,就不可能生产出高质量的社会精神产品。尤其是人们对高质量的文化精神产品需求日益增长的今天,编辑工作和编辑人员素质与修养的重要性显得尤为重要。编辑工作的好坏,与编辑人员自身基本素质的高低有着密不可分的关系。
Editing work is the central link in the publishing work, which is the basis and prerequisite for the entire publishing work of the publishing house. A manuscript from planning, writing, editing, printing into a publication to the community, often need to unite the editors effort. In other words, a publishing unit without the high-quality editing talent, it is impossible to produce high-quality social products. Especially when the demand for high-quality cultural products is growing day by day, the importance of editorial work and editing staff’s quality and accomplishment is of paramount importance. Editing work is good or bad, and editor’s own basic level of quality is inextricably linked.
