今年上半年,面对“非典”疫情和自然灾害等困难与挑战,我省始终坚持加快发展不动摇,采取有效应对措施,各项工作取得了较大成效。预计上半年全省国内生产总值增长9.4%,高于9%的年度增长目标,各项社会事业继续稳步发展。今年是全面建设小康社会的起步之年,加快经济社会发展具有重大而深远的意义。在下半年的工作中,全省上下必须进一步统一认识,坚定信心,明确任务,扎实工作,坚决全面完成和超额完成年度预期发展目标。
In the first half of this year, in the face of the difficulties and challenges such as the “SARS” epidemic and natural disasters, the province has always insisted on accelerating its development and waving its promises and taking effective measures to deal with it. All the work has achieved great success. The gross domestic product of the province is expected to increase by 9.4% in the first half of the year, higher than the annual growth target of 9%.
