婴幼儿疝气,多因过皮啼哭,外感寒邪,气滞血凝,下窜肝经所致。我用自拟荔香散,加用外熨药治疗本病十余例,疗效较好。特介绍于下:荔香散:荔子核3—6克,木香1—2克,小茴香1—3克,升麻1—6克,乌药1.5—3克,白芍3—6克。水煎徐徐服之。如血凝左侧肿甚加丹皮以活血行淤;若气虚右侧肿甚加黄芪以补气升阳。
